Hawthorn - From pagan times, used on May Day as a symbol of resurrection and renewal and thus hope fulfilled. The plant associated with love and the heart. Teaching us to open and trust, giving us the strength to be vulnerable. Draws love in by giving us the strength to take risks. Also gives us the strength to face the truth in love. Helps relationships where love is rejected or where there is a lot of negativity. An excellent remedy for the emotional centre.

Rose Quartz - Dissolves negative energy and so is also protective. Can help us to hear with compassion.
