使用部位: 太陽神経叢のあるちょうどみぞおちあたりの位置で、身体を一周するように、ぐるりと帯状につけます。太陽神経叢は、横隔膜の裏に位置して神経が四方八方に放射しているような部分で、太陽のように放射状に広がっているのでそう呼ばれています。
